A user in my organization was attempting to send an email to two other users and recieved a bounceback stating "you do not have permission to send to this recipient". These three users communicate all the time with emails and have never had this issue before, and have sent emails to one another after after this error occurred. I tracked the message in the message tracking center and according to that, the message was delivered successfully but neither of the intended recipients have the message in their inbox. Any ideas what could have caused this to happen?
