Problem sending Certificate in Transaction oac0

Hi folks,

we need to send a certificate to our http Content Server using transaction oac0 but the problem is that we're on a production system that's not allowed to be opened up for changes using scc4, which is required for the button to be usable under oac0 ...

Is there any way we can send a certificate without having to open up the system under scc4 ?
