Problem Saving .IMR TO Excel with format

Hi,
I am trying to save the impromptu report as "excel with format", but the excel report is corrupted when trying to open.

I am using prompts to open report for different parameters. It saves for some prompts(parameters) but not for a few(which has been same in every run).

The error message on trying to access the excel file is

"File cannot be accessed. File may be read only.Or u may be trying to access read only location. Or, the server the document is stored on may not be responding"

We have been seeing the error you have recently (Impromptu 6).
