Problem saving changes in a report

I have a report and I've just made some changes. I'm trying to save the changes and then close the screen and it won't allow me to close the screen. What's up?

Is this Access 2000, by any chance? If so, it's most likely one of the bizzare bugs in that release.

Yes it is Access 2000. Is there a workaround?

The workaround *I* use is Access 97. There may be a service pack to fix this and the other stunningly bizzare, corruptive bugs I've run across in Access 2000, but I've lost so much development time recovering from these things that I'm quite snakebitten with Access 2000 and haven't checked for service packs; Access 97 has everything I need and is in my opinion the cleanest version of Access ever.

I do agree with you that Access 2000 is quirky. I also agree with you that Access 97 was very well put together, But if you go way back to Access 2.0 it also was very good.
