problem running package

hi all,

I am tryng to run package to export data from one db to another. but
when i set up as a job if fails by saying that -->
An error has occurred during report processing.
Cannot create a connection to data source 'INVC'.
For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors

then I tried as command and gave me error:

1.Are you able to run this from your work station before setting that as a sql agent job?
2.Did you try test connection by opening the DB connection under connection manager?
