I am connecting to a pc (let's call it pc1) using pcAnyWhere and want to run a program from a shortcut on the desktop of another pc (pc2) which is connected to pc1 via. a network (both the host and remote machines are running XP Pro). I can see the shortcut to the program on pc2 and it runs it fine, but it is loading into and running from the memory of pc1 (ie. the pc to which the modem is connected). The program runs fine on pc1, but has problems running on pc2 (so a user in the office tells me).

How can I launch the program remotely so it it running on pc2 only (ie. loading in to pc2 memory and accessing the pc2 hdd)?

Any help would be appreciated.

VNC lets you take full control of the workstation computer.

BoSpruell,

Thanks for the reply. I'll look into it.
