Hi,
Using Crystal v10 and Crystal Enterprise v10.
I have created a basic data report that I run through Eportfolio, and automatically email out on completion.
The only problem is, if I set the report FORMAT to be "Tab Separated Values", instead of the report coming out as 4 columns of data with quotes around each column like it should, I just get a blank report.
We have a few other reports that we run daily that are set up exactly the same as this (format - TSV, and emailed), and these work as they should, but this one doesnt!
I thought maybe this report had gone corrupt or something, so I re-wrote it from scratch, but still the same problem.
I have just realised that the other reports that work using TSV format, display the data in the group footer of the lowest group, but this report is showing detail level information.
Is this why its not working???
This data is displayed based on a formula rather than a group level so I'm not sure I can adjust it to be a group level display.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
regards
