Hi,
I'm trying to integrate a Telus GSM Gateway in our network. The current set up is as follows:
Site A CS1000 (Rls 4.5)---------H.323----------NRS (Rls 4.5)----------H.323--------TELUS GSM Gateway
The GSM Gateway is registered in the NRS.
For testing purposes, I've entered a routing entry (E.165 Subscriber (NXX) - 689)to reach the gateway.
When I do an H.323 test from Site A to a number 689-xxxx, I get that the GSM Gateway is registered. Any other number used I get no route available.
Now if I use BARS to make a call to 689-xxxx from site A, I get a fast busy.
If I use the acess code fro the route (virtual trunks) from Site A, I get a fast busy.
The vendor has registered a SIP phone to the TELUS gateway and I'm able to call 689-xxxx from there.
So I'm not sure why the call is not reaching the TELUS gateway from site A.
Any suggestions?
