Problem retrieving archived emails

We have Banyan Vines as our server using BeyondMail.&nbsp;&nbsp;One of the staff here has archived approx 230Mb of beyondmail messages into 40 odd directories on our server. When I try to retrieve them I can only see a series of folders with the extension .FDR and cannot open any files within them. Can you offer any suggestion on how they can be retrieved to Beyondmail?<br><A HREF="mailto:colin.jones@dotrs.gov.au">colin.jones@dotrs.gov.au</A>

I'm afraid you have to delete the BeyondMail account off the staff member and add it again as a new one.

I am unsure of how that will enable me to retrieve the files? Sorry, I am probably being a little slow here!

Install beyond mail local
Copy the inbox folder to the inbox folder in C:\bmail\inbox reindex it and open beyond mail using the local inbox
