Running GW 5.5 on Netware 5.0 SP6. Client is W2K SP2.
One of our Admins accidentally deleted a user's GroupWise account from NWAdmin. As it happens, our backups are unuseable due to a tape drive hardware failure.
We have tried to 'Re-create User Database' with some success, many emails were recovered but the user's Contact Lists have not restored, nor her folders in the Cabinet. Is there any way to get them back?
This user happens to also have a laptop she takes home. We use the 'Hit the Road' routines to synch the laptop client. The laptop client was synched about 2 weeks ago, and still has the user's emails, contact lists and folders in the Cabinet. Is there any way to tranfer the databases and indexes from her 'Hit the Road' profile on the laptop back onto her main account on the server?
Thanks in advance.
