I have a user who has outlook XP installed. Had some issues with his outlook so I recreated his user profile. That got outlook working again. I recreated his accounts and pointed it to his old .pst file. Outlook loads the folder tree he had set up, but doesn't show any of his emails. Anyone have any ideas at all?

Thanks!

Have you tried just copying the .pst file to the new Outlook application folder, or are you pulling it from another location within the Import/Export options? If from another location, try moving the file first.

Thanks for the input. I figured out what the problem was though. The user had already been tinkering and had moved some .pst files around and had erroneously told me which one was his active one. Once I found the "real" active one, everything restored fine.

Thanks again though!

Yeah, that would have been my guess. [wink] I just assumed that was already sorted out.

If there are more than one .pst file, generally, I find that the largest one is the "real" one. Just a thought.
