problem restoring directories with special characters - module notes 3

Hi,

I'm encountering the following error message when restoring a directory whith the special character "é" with lotus notes module (3.0), networker 7.3.2, OS: Windows 2003 server:

getPathsRecovList|267|9|0

The recovery of the same directory is ok outside of lotus notes module.

Any ideas?

Hello,

there have been numerous problems with special characters in the past. I think it worked ok in ver 2.2 of NML, but I haven't really seen it after that. I think your best chance is to open up a support ticket with EMC and see if they have a patch or more info for this problem.

From 3.0 release notes:
Support backups and restores of files and directories that contain non-ASCII characters when the corresponding localized NetWorker client is installed on the NML client host.
