Problem restoring a mailbox with ARCServe 9.1 and Exchage NT5.5

Hello, i have the next problem:

when i try to restore a mail in one of aour exchange 5.5 servers, the restore's job fail, in logs appers:

E8601 Failed to connect agent (AGENT=\\SCES0042\dbaxchg2, EC=EXCH Exchange Agent (2502) \"Exchange system error\".)]

could someone help me?

HI,

The mailbox you are trying to restore to ... is this a newly created mailbox or has it been in use?

If it is a new mailbox, ensure that it has been initialized... that is.. send and receive emails from the mailbox's profile..
then run a restore..
should resolve the problem..
