problem restart Tomcat

Hi,
I've a problem whenever restart Tomcat service. In particular whenever restart the service, leaves to me the following errors with Process ID: 4099 and 4096. Next this errors, the service restarts. But, ¿why does it leave these errors? and ¿how can I solve it?

Hi,
operating system: windows 2000 server
On eventviewer when I restart the service:

Errors events:
Event 4096:could not find the service stop class
Event 4099:The stop method of the tomcat service failed to start, the service is being terminated.

Info events:
Event 5:The tomcat service has stopped.
Event 4:The tomcat service has started.

Warnings events:
Event 2warn apache jakarta)Error: [jk_worker_ajp13.c (339)]: ajp13.service() error sending, reconnect channel.socket:localhost:8019 -1 0 No error
