Problem reserving a room in an invitation

We have setup all our conference room as resources that can be reserved. This process was working fine for years. All of a sudden, when a person creates an invitation and add a room, Notes will accept the reservation and then proceed to attempt to reserve it again 200 times. These 200 re-reservations are then declined. The person then receives an email for every decline. Does anyone have any ideas? BTW. If you go into the facilities database and reserve the room that way everything is fine.<br>
