Problem reporting in BusObj Ent 11.5 after updating IE

Running BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5 and IE6, all is well and good.

For some, unbeknown specific reason, someone updated IT6 to the unrecoverable IE7.

Now, anytime we try to run a report we get "Failed to load database information" message.

Anybody any ideas?
