Problem removing NDAS Software ver 3.2 from Win2k Server

I have a problem to remove NDAS Software ver 3.2 from server that running Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 4). Each time when I try to remove the software it will cause the server BSOD (Blue Screen of Dead). I have already try to remove from safe mode but same problem occurred. Appreciate if anybody help me to provide the solution to remove the software manually. The purpose to remove the software is because I want to upgrade the software to new ver 3.72.
