problem Remote IP Extension

I have a problem in the Remote IP Extension
iphone 6 plus no voice
mobile samsung voice good
ns500 v 4.3 does not accept port 15060
What is the alternative ?

If using media server you can use 45060 on the sip card and any port you want as nat port with port translation on the router.

Have you setup the port forward on the router if using media gateway?

that is not the sip card, that is the proxy and you can use any unused port and use port translation on the router to sip 45060 or what ever is set in the box below

You also need ports open in the firewall

Passwords 16 digit random numbers and letters for sip extension at least
Hackers are always looking for weak password to make calls through

You also have to set public ip address in media server in system property
Will require a restart of the system. Should work then

If you set the sip extension to remote it is a problem as the rtp is sent out the gateway
You could have two sip extensions paired and two profiles on sip client. One set for external and one for internal. Or pair the sip extension with desk phone
