Problem registering files with VB app

I have created a VB app with some crystal reports in it. My system is running win2000...when trying to install the VB package on a WIN95 PC i get a error message saying Cannot register Crystal32.ocx, craxddrt.dll, craxdrt.dll...

whats wrong??
