Problem recording greeting 1

I had to change out an IP phone 2004 on a BCM 50. I must have missed a setting somewhere, because when I record the new phone's greeting, it acts like it records but nothing plays. I have tried through the phone/handset itself, and also remotely through the Call Pilot Mgr application. The phone does receive and make calls OK, and otherwise seems normal.

Try rebooting the system and if that doesn't work delete/rebuild the MB.

Thanks for the reply. I had rebuilt the MB already without success. However, in an unrelated circumstance, the BCM was rebooted, which fixed the MB problem I had! So your suggestion was right on.
