We have a BCM 400 Rls 4.0 and have fax suite software. Our faxes are coming in but the pages are sometimes cut in half or we lose some pages or they are blurtred. The fax call connects every time but the transmission is where we have the problem. Any fixes or recommendations.

Check the clocking on the PRI.
Make sure it is set for Primary External.
