I am trying to figure out why I cannot receive e-mail from one of our customers...

1. We can get e-mail from other domans
2. We can send e-mail to the domain in question
3. They can get e-mail from us
4. They can send e-mails to other domains

We are running Exchange 2000.
We have a challenge/response SPAM device in front of our Exchange server...
They are a very large company. I think that they are running Exchange along with SendMail servers...

Following is a bit of a log which I am being told that it means the problem is all mine (however what the problem is, I do not know):

---
"This is definitely an external issue:

Dec 12 13:27:30 imbaspam-ss03
sendmail[15994]: [ID 801593
mail.info] jB9JlJ8l001193:
to=<jmaher@allregs.com>,
delay=2+17:40:11,
xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp,
pri=9157372, relay=mail.allregs.com.
[66.179.120.37], dsn=4.4.2,
ntries=101, stat=Deferred

The remote (allreg) server is deliberately telling us that it won't accept the message, and we should try later. So, we do try, repeatedly for 5 days, before the message times out and is returned to sender.

Only allreg can fix this issue."
---

From the research that I have done, the dsn means the following???:
4.*.* EX_TEMPFAIL tempfail Temporary failure, will keep trying
*.4.2 EX_IOERR Network bad connection

Can anyone offer some suggestions as to what might be happening?

Thank you,
Jeremy
