Hello everybody!!

I've got an application that creates Excel and PDF files and sends them zipped to an e-mail account.
Happens that we've got a client with Exchange 5.5 and Panda Antivirus that doesn't receive that e-mails correctly.
Instead of it they receive an e-mail with this text.

> This message uses a character set that is not supported by the Internet
> Service. To view the original message content, open the attached
> message. If the text doesn't display correctly, save the attachment to
> disk, and then open it using a viewer that can display the original
> character set. <<message.txt>>

I don't know what to do with this. What happens?

Is a configuration problem of Exchange 5.5?? Is a Panda problem???

Thanks

Has it ever worked? Did they install Panda recently? If so, is that when it stopped working? It sounds like the antivirus software is blocking the .zip extension. I would have the admin of the server you are sending to check the filtered extensions and ask if they could remove the .zip extension from the filtered list. It may be company policy though, which means you may need to find another way to transmit the files. Hope this helps.

This system is nowadays working in a lot of places. It is strange because if I receive in my acount this e-mail I can read the .zip correctly and if I forward it to this customers they can read it too, but they can't if application sends them directly the e-mail with the .zip file attached
