When I go on certain websites, ie, paypal, iwon.com...it won't let me log on because it says cookies aren't enabled on my browser, but they are! I've changed every single security setting to low, enabled all cookies. I've even tried reinstalling internet explorer6 several times and tried installing all security patches. Nothing is helping! I don't know what to do from here. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help me.
