problem "call reserved" between MD110 and AVAYA systems

Hi,
I have two systems, MD110 and AVAYA voip with 1608 and 1616 phones. If I make a call from an avaya phone to a md110 phone and it's busy, I can use the "auto call back" key to reserve a call. Between avaya phone no problem but to a md110 phone this cause a block of about 10 minutes in which the md110 phone remains in "reserved" state also after the call is finished, and it's impossibile to call it.
Why? incompatible systems or I can change something?

you cannot do this in this just h323 between to md110 is posiblle!!! this is law.
