Problem "Attempted to read or write protected memory." with Delphi

I need your help. I obtain the next error when i try to ExecProc, or Open a Query: "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt".

I'm programming an application with Delphi 2007 for .Net & Interbase 2009 than send a blob with a IBStoredProc or IBQuery as param it works fine with jpg or pdf's files less than 64 Kb but when is it greater than 64 Kb aprox. the exception is raised.

I'll apreciate your help. Thanks.
