Problem quiting Windows2000.

MY
My Windows2000 quits graciously sometime, and with hiccups occasionally. What gives?
My ZoneAlarm, AntiVir Guard, Pop-up stopper, and RAM-booster always run in the background.
I have 523,760 KB RAM.

It helps and my Win2K behaves & quits very well now.
If you don't mind it I would like to pass the information to my friends who face the same problem.
