Problem pulling data from database after version 6 upgrade

We have an application that pulls data from one of a clients Symposium database (direct from the Sybase) The day after they upgraded to version 6 our link stopped working. When I went into the Sybase tables directly, using access, I found that two fields that we need look corrupted. The fields are both called userid and are in the following tables: iagentPerformanceStat and iAgentByApplicationStat. Dose anyone know if there is a known issue with this or what the problem might be caused by?
