I have a user with an M3904.
Key 0 is ext 4069 (TN is 8-0-9-13)
Key 1 is ext 4009 (No TN – She has a DID which through IDC conversion points to ext 4009)
Ext 4069 rolls to voicemail on busy and n/ans after 4 rings.
Ext 4009 rolls to the same mailbox on busy and n/ans after 4 rings.
User wants calls to 4069 to roll to 4009 first before going to voicemail.
I tried changing LHK to 1 but that didn't work.
Any ideas?

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HTA IN THE CLS OF SERVICE, IF YOU DO PRINT PLEASE POST TN

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

I would post the TN but I have no way of doing so. I access the PBX via the terminal, only. I do not use Procomm or the like.

I'm sorry, for some reason the powers that be decided that my desk and PC should be at the other end of the Hospital from the PBX room. :)
Yes FNA and HTA.

Although I'm told it's dangerous when I think too much ;-)
I was thinking...
Should I build a 500 set on a phantom TN with DN 4009 and program it to roll to voicemail? (4009 is an ext DN in 4069's vm box)

I figured it out...I didn't have TDD in CLS. That and LHK of 1 did the trick.
Thanks!

TDD would have nothing to do with the lines hunting to the rollover.

LHK of 1 would be your fix.

"If I can't fix it, it's not broke!

The only thing TDD did for you was to allow CLID to show up on the display when the call rolls to 4009.
