PROBLEM PRINTING

I have version 5.1 of AR and a form that is a pdf. When I try to print it comes out as boxes. What gives?

Sounds to me like the person who created the PDF did not embed the fonts, and have used a font you do not have on your computer. Can you recognise the font they have used? If so, install it on your computer and the PDF may print OK.

I'm still having problems with boxes printing on many different pdf's. Any ideas?

Are these PDFs accessible to the public? If so, why not give a link to one of the ones causing you problems, and I will see what happens when I try and print it. That could narrow down the problem to being either the PDF itself or your computer.

I think it is a memory issue. When I reboot/turn off printer, it seems to be resolved. I'm not sure how or why this is the case.

Are they large PDFs? Iso, it may exceed your printer's memory capacity. Try printing a few pages at a time.

Nothing real big. Less than 10 pages. I tried printing just a page one last night and I got boxes. After rebbot it was fine.
