Dont suppose anyones had this issue before.

Trying to print to a printer from a webpage.

The first time you do it, the status just sticks at spooling for ages/never prints, until i either restart the print spooler service, or sometimes restart the web browser.

After that it seems to work fine.

This is from firefox, and on a windows 2000 pc.

The printer is a zebra TLP 2844.

Cheers

Everyone's had every problem before me or at least that's what I always hope so they can help me. Give us more information like what it says in the printers applet for that printer after sending the print job. Also check the Event Viewer for any information.

I hope you've tried updating to the latest driver to see if it makes a difference. If not, do that first and report back. Another possibility is the setting in BIOS for the printer port (assuming it's a parallel printer).

Well, in the printer status it just says spooling and thats it. cancelling the print job, or deleting it does nothing either.

Its already got the latest drivers too :s

what setting in bios would i be looking for?
