Problem printing using Crystal Reports Viewer

Hello, I am new with this.

I have a situation where I can view a Crystal Report in pdf format through the Crystal Report viewer. However, when I print, I see a largely blank page with a report border line to the right and on the bottom as if it was looking to print the very bottom right of a much larger report. This also happens when I do print preview.

If I save the pdf locally, there is no problem.

Same happens with Excel reports

Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi,
Have you checked the printer defaults on the server running the viewer? When viewing the pdf, can you check the printer setup in its menu ( not sure if in the Viewer that menu is accessable, however)
