Problem printing URL's on every page

Hello all,
I have a user that wants to print the url in the footer on every page. When we look at the page setup in IE6 it is setup correctly (&u&b&d), but when they print, it prints on every page except the first. Anyone ever come across this? I'm thinking that it has something to do with the margins, but don't know for sure.

Lower the bottom margin to try, but i doubt that.
Sounds more the paper size is set incorrectly and the printer gets it wrong on the first page. If the solution is here, let us know it was helpful so others can benefit from it as too

marcs41 thanks for the response, changing margins didn't help. I downloaded newer print drivers from hp and everything works just fine.
