Problem printing to Brother HL-1440

My VB6 app uses CR10 RDC to display and print.

A customer has a Brother HL-1440 printer. He can preview the form just fine, but when he prints, he gets nothing but lines etc. No report text, no data.

Any ideas?

Hopefully it's a bad or out of date printer driver installed.

Crystal doesn't control this, Windows does. There are exceptions of course...

Suggest that they make sure that they have the latest driver:
