We use Images at Work software to view scanned documents.
With Win95 and Win NT an A3 scanned sheet is printed horizontally across the top of an A4 portrait sheet of paper( looks like condensed print) and this is acceptable to the users.
Since upgrading to Win 2000 SP3 the same A3 sheet prints full size on one A4 portrait sheet effectively printing out only the left hand side of the original and losing the right hand side totally.
No error message is displayed.
The print queue has the correct Win 2000 printer drivers.
I'm told that the software uses imgedit.ocx to print.
I have tried different version but no luck.
Anyone got any suggestions?
