Problem printing from Report Viewer in Citrix

When I try to print a Crystal Report using the Crystal Reports Viewer in a Citrix environment,

I get a blank Dialog Box on screen but no print out

does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here?

(Enterprise and Reports Versions 10)
