PROBLEM PRINTING FROM OUTLOOK READING PANE

I am having the following issue with a user --- She is using Outlook 2003 with the reading pane. She clicks on a message in her Inbox. The message displays in the Reading Pane. When she clicks the Print button she gets the following error: "Message headers cannot be printed. Download the complete message and then print". This happens on new messages as well as messages she has already opened. I am unable to duplicate the problem on my pc because for some reason I am able to print messages from the Reading Pane.
Any suggested solutions would be greatly appreciated as this thing has me baffled.

Check the settings under File, Page Setup. Under 'Define Print Styles...' you might try Resetting both styles.
