I have a customer who I have been unsuccessful at fixing a printing problem from a Mac with OS 9. The printer is an HP5Si but does not have the Post Script memory module. I have shared the printer through a Win2k server running mac print services. I get errors in the server event log every time I attempt to print from the Mac. I will see the job go into the queue and then it goes away without printing - Source: MacPrint, Category: TrueImage Print, Event ID: 4000. The TrueImage Interpreter Initialization Failed. I am at a loss at what else could be wrong. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
