problem on starting v480 from JumpStart

hello,
I have a new v480 machine. when I boot it from the Solaris 8 DVD (by "boot cdrom") it can boot, and takes the data from the jumpstart, but when I try to boot from the jumpstart server (by "boot net - install"), it can read from the server, and reads from the same jumpstart source directory, but after 1 min it crash with "panic".
May someone know about a solution?
