Hi all,
We support a network, with a vpn connection. Each side has at least one nt pdc, and an exchange server.
We were running both sides from one exchange server, but due to latency issues, opening attachments accross the vpn, we added a second exchange server, at the remote side. We added it to an existing exchange site, and there did not appear to be any problems.
Each side has its own domain, trusted.
I was just informed that the users which have mailboxes moved to the remote side can no longer open other users mailboxes. When i had them recreate the profiles, delegate on the one, then add mailbox on the other, a message comes up before they can type in the mailbox name, that says "unable to resolve name" and will not allow us to type the name. We can, however, within outlook, go to file, open, other user folder, choose their inbox, etc., and open it fine.

Where did we go wrong, permission issues, or ?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
