Problem on printing and exporting reports!

Hi!
I'm Working with the pageviewer and I'm not able to print or to export a Report! First, the IE wants to download the file! If you want to save the file an error occurs. The error message is:"Internetexplorer cannot download pageViewer.asp. Internetexplorer was not able to open this internetsite. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." On pressing the "Open" Button the same message occurs. If you want to export the Report in any format, the same message occurs.
Any ideas???
