Hi! I have an IBM x360 machine here used as a Domino Server. Since we started using it January of this year, it had re-started several times already (once in Apr, Jun, Aug; 3x in Oct and 2x in Nov and one so far this morning). Checking on the event log, the log for this particular event says:The previous system shutdown at 4:27:23AM on 12/10/2003 was unexpected. The firmware had already been upgraded, NAV definition file is always current. The specs are PIV Xeon 1.4GHz, 25GB available disk space, 2GB memory. Have you experienced this kind of problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Contact IBM Support at (800)IBM-SERV. Sounds like this might be a software issue, requiring more investigation into what exactly you installed. They will likely need to get you to run a utility to capture some info and should be able to help. If you don't feel like you're getting anywhere (or the resolution sounds too drastic), request escalation.
