problem on Drill

Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem on Drill.
I have created a Custom Hierarchy which will drill from the Customer to the product and to the Time.

So when ever I create a report with the Customer Name and a measure and go to the Drill Mode and right clik on the customer Name I was able to see 'Drill by Product,Time'.
Suddently one day I noticed that when I right click I see the 'Drill By' disabled.
So Now if I need to Drill I need to go to the scope of analysis and click on the product.The client is not satisfied with this.
Could anyone please tell me how to resolve this.i.e I want the Drill by the Hierarchy that i have defined without going to the scope of analysis.

Can any one please help me

Drill by only works when you have chosen the Scope of Analysis from the query panel. No way around that.
