Problem on a 824 and Ring Preference

I have an 824 DR.5 system that the Ring line preference is not working.That is when a call is ringing at your telephone all you do is pick up the handset to answer it. The system I am working on that feature is not working. Any idea's?

Do you mean you have the lines set to ring/yes under set programming/line access at these ext's and still it does not work?

I guess it helps if the lines are actually ringing the set you are having a problem with ,huh. The end user said that the line was ringing her phone when it actually wasn't. Wow, what are you going to do? Thanks again. Richard S. McCranie
