how load the firmawre in the flash memory.

does the printer is going by itself, without PC, as
printing setting, menu setup, ecc. ?

How have you downloaded FW on the printer ?

Can you check if the ip address of your printer
is in your subnet (by printing configuration) (ie it has the ip adderss you have in the port of the printer in
printer properties on the PC) ?

If it has not, set it by printer menu, and using
Internet Explorer, browse to this address and follow
instructions and those are written in readme downloaded
together the FW.
