problem of ActiveX has some non-defalut control

Hi!
I am making ActiveX Control with VC++.
This has CDialog included DHTMLEditor.
Compile OK, but when I add it in ActiveX Control Test pad,
it occured error!
by the way when CDialog had a default control, it was good working...
uhmm...
is ActiveX Configuration problem?
or other thing?
