Ive installed bith softwares for the call reporting, but when I try to bring up program, comes up with a pop up showing it seaching, but it says not responding after a few. What could I be doing wrong?

Is this the Enhanced Call Center? Did you install the server software first (must). Are you on the latest java?

No, its basic call center. Yes, I installed that first. Whe you latest java, please explain. I have the latest software 3.1 for the call pilot.

Google Java on that machine, or to avoid liability issues, have their nework guy google Java, and install the latest release.

basic callcenter does not have reporting features in of itself
