I have a problem with a number of PO (internal extension). When I put the system in night 1 and it plays a rad (rad GH with 1 port) once the message is finished, he transferred to the music waiting and then to the rad in. saying all our lines are busy etc ...

How to configure in night 1 so that the rad of night 1 is not transferred towards the rad of the PO

Someone could help me?

thank you

I have never heard of the lingo you are using...
PO, rad, GH, Night 1

Is it a Norstar system?

Maybe these are common abbreviations in another language?

I think RabVoip is talking about an Automated Attendant that is transferring calls where (or when) it shouldn't.

RabVoip, can you confirm whether I am on the right track? If so, can you also tell what kind of Automated Attendant you have?
