Hi,
I have two Word documents, forming parts 1 and 2 of the same overall document. I have used Create PDF from multiple files in Acrobat Professional 7.0 to assemble these into a single PDF.
Each Word document has a header with text and a border below, and a blank footer with a border above (the text of the footer is to be added later in Acrobat for various reasons). When I make the PDF, the border in the footer shows up on every page in the part that came from the 'part 1' Word document, but not on any of the pages from the 'Part 2' document.
I've also tried replacing the line generated using the 'Borders and Shading' with one made with the Drawing toolbar in the Part 2 document, but that doesn't show up in Acrobat either.
Can anyone suggest why this might be happening and provide a workaround?
If not, does anyone know a way to add a horizontal line to every page in Acrobat?!
Many thanks,
Katie
