Just installed a brand new Application Server on a virtual machine. I can log into the web manager from a windows desktop. I also loaded a copy of the VM Pro client on the same desktop. Voicemail appears to be up and running in SSA. By the way, I am not onsite at the moment but logged into the desktop remotely. When I open my VM Pro client, it shows the IP address of the voicemail but when I enter my credentials, Administrator/Administrator it says "This user does not have necessary rights to access this application", any ideas?
